إليك طريقة عمل البسبوسة بجوز الهند:
قوم بتسخين الفرن إلى درجة حرارة 180 مئوية و
ادهن صينية فرن بالزبدة...
في وعاء كبير اخلط كوبين سميد ناعم وكوب جوز 
هند مبشور وكوب سكر...
أضف كوب حليب ونصف كوب زبدة ذائبة وملعقة 
صغيرة فانيليا وقم بخلط المكونات جيدا حتى 
تتكون عجينة متجانسة...
أضف ملعقة كبيرة خميرة حلوة إلى العجينة 
واخلطها جيدا...
صب العجينة في الصينية المستعملة و
افردها بالتساوي...
قم بتقطيع العجينة إلى مربعات صغيرة...
ضع الصينية في الفرن المسخن مسبقا 
واتركها لمدة 30 دقيقة ...
بينما تبرد البسبوسة قم بتحضير الشراب
في وعاء صغير قم بغلي السكر والماء 
حتى يذوب السكر تماما ثم أضف عصير 
الليمون...
بمجرد أن تبرد البسبوسة قليلا قم بسكب 
الشراب الساخن فوقها...
اترك البسبوسة لتبرد تماما وتتشرب الشراب...
قم بتقطيع البسبوسة إلى مربعات وقدمها...
