The ability to take half health from a bar cast when you are only dealing with a few bosses is extremely powerful during this time, even if you are only level 50 on Hell difficulty. Prior to learning utility spells such as Teleport Static Field or Fire Mastery, the witch must first concentrate on her fireball spells in order to increase the amount of damage she can deal with each fireball she casts. However, unless you are able to reduce the number of frames required to complete the animation, this will have no real impact on the game. When trying to reduce your casting time, you must find the fcr per percentage breakpoint to drop frames, as shown in the table below. The warlock's breakpoint is nine points percentage 203763105, as shown in the table below. This means that there are a total of 200 of them available. For the purpose of evaluating your casting animation, spells will be cast 200% faster than normal in order to complete the process in seven frames or less.
