Just realised that the name says greaters, however, the RS gold article says lessers. If the endeavor is actually greaters, then my only recommendation is the dungeon in brimhaven. You can use some of the aforementioned alternatives, though you need to compete with the terror dogs too. Sadly, there are not a range of great possibilities for greaters (no pun intended), but you only need to soldier on whether it is those.

Inventory: Range equipment for Ahrim (such as rune xbow). If 60+ strike, spec weapon for Karil. Ice blitz/burst runes. Legislation and Blood Runes for Kharyll teleport (unless using home teleport with Kharyll portal). Spade. 4 Prayer Potions. Monkfish.

Strategy: Visit Karil first. Pray attack prayers, power prayers, and keep from range, and strike him with your special attacks. Run out. Proceed to Ahrim.
